The Denver Business Journal’s annual workplace survey recognizes leadership in company culture, compensation, benefits and trust in leadership

Spekit, the leading digital adoption and enablement platform, was named one of the “Best Places to Work in Denver” in the annual employee-based survey from the Denver Business Journal.

The Spekit platform accelerates onboarding, self-sufficiency and remote productivity with in-app learning in any tool, helping employees learn their applications and navigate process changes by accessing answering and enablement resources in real-time everywhere they work.

Spekit’s unique technology integrates with applications like Salesforce, allowing companies to easily create training and documentation around existing processes and terminology. Pre-built content on popular tools simplifies content creation by generating customizable training specific to each tool. Users then see answers populate as embedded help in the applications they’re using, delivering guidance at the point of friction.

Leaders across teams like JLL, Mariner Wealth, DocSend and NorthMarq use the Spekit platform to drive adoption, boost productivity and reinforce learning in real-time, across teams.

The “Best Places to Work” list recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state, as judged by the people who know them best – their employees. The survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, measures each company’s culture, from compensation and benefits to trust in leadership. The responses are then compiled, evaluated and ranked by Quantum based on their composite score. In its debut appearance this year, Spekit ranked #6 in the ”Small” business category.

“It’s been a tremendous year at Spekit. We’ve more than doubled in headcount and brought on some of the most gifted, passionate and high-performing individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with,” said Melanie Fellay, Spekit CEO and co-founder. “We’re proud to receive this recognition from the Denver Business Journal. It’s a testament to our continued focus on cultivating a safe, collaborative and people-first work environment.”

With a focus on diversity and inclusion, the team at Spekit is working to create a world where everyone has a sense of belonging. Commitments across the organization serve to elevate underrepresented minorities in technology through awareness, partnerships and scholarships to change the status quo.

“We know that diverse and inclusive companies drive innovative results. By furthering our efforts to diversify the workforce, we hope to be the change we seek by creating a culture where everyone thrives,” said Zari Zahra, Spekit Head of Product and Technology and co-founder.
